Real People Lit Up: Submit Your Story!

Every so often I come across someone who simply lights up a room. No, I’m not referring to celebrities (and I do know a few!). I’m talking about everyday people who are going about their business with a special air about them – a warmth, kindness and authenticity that simply draws me in.

About a year ago, I decided to feature these lovely people in a series I call: Real People Lit Up. When I bump into someone that’s lit up, I grab my phone and do an on the spot interview. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with a Holocaust survivor, a friendly Minute clinic nurse and an amazing salesman in the middle of an airport to name a few.

Which brings me to you…  Might you join me in my quest to feature amazing people? Watch today’s video to learn more.

If you’re ready to dive in a create your own video, here are the 5 questions to get you inspired to start filming:

  • What lights you up?
  • What is something that made you smile this week?
  • What is something you are so grateful for?
  • What goal are you ready to declare to the world?
  • What helps you overcome your obstacles and stay focused on your dreams?

Grab your phone and film yourself or someone else who you feel is lit up. People are amazing, It’s up to us to notice!

PS: Interested in learning more? Leave a comment or write to me directly! alexa@alexafischer.com. Better still… simply send me your video!!! I’ll add it to the series!
