For five nights, we’ll gather at Feronia, a breathtaking retreat sanctuary near the sacred mountains of Tepoztlán, for an experience that weaves together wishing, movement, sound, creativity, rest, and real connection.
This is your chance to step out of the rush of everyday life and into a setting where you can finally hear yourself again.
Every part of this retreat is designed to bring you back to yourself with more clarity, inspiration, and renewal. From morning practices to evening gatherings, each moment is crafted to help you soften, open, and remember what becomes possible when you give yourself space.

Cristi’s work brings the body fully into the process. Through yoga, breath, movement, and sound, she creates experiences that help women release, restore, and reconnect with their own energy in a grounded, powerful way.
