3 Ways To Make The Most Of Your (Awesome!) Introverted Tendencies

Confession time:
I have many, many, many introverted tendencies.

Does this surprise you? Does it feel strange to be taking public speaking tips from someone who prefers one-on-one coffee chats to huge parties? Or likes to recharge with a journal on a sun dappled patio rather than in a big yoga class?

Well, there are lots of good things that accompany those introverted traits (like being a good listener). Check out Susan Cain’s awesome TED talk about her book as well. Very enlightening!

In the comments below, tell me: are you an introvert or an extrovert? How do you harness those qualities in work and in life?

P.S. Do you know someone who’s fighting their introverted nature? Send them a link to this video!

P.P.S. If you’re an introvert who’s been asked to present or lead and you’d like some one-on-one help, I can do that!
