Dreams in Motion

DreamsInMotion

There is a voice inside your head… you know the one. Sometimes it tells you things you don’t want to hear, but sometimes it murmurs your wildest dreams, tempting you to put one foot in front of the other to make them happen. I have spent the last few years of my life working with individuals who long to share their gift, their dream, with the world and yet something has been holding them back. It might be a fear of humiliation, the anxiety of failure, the gnawing sensation of self-doubt. Through the work, they faced their fear, and put their dreams in motion.

The world needs your voice right now, more than ever. We need you to succeed. We need you to help turn the economy around. We need you to be happy and healthy. Why? Because when you are successful, you inspire success in everyone around you. Your drop of goodness adds to the pool of happiness on the planet. So, when you have an urge to complain, to hold back, to listen to the voice of doubt in your head, the world loses a bit of your light.

Today make a decision to do one thing in the direction of your dreams. One thing. Set the wheels in motion and see where you go.

Your voice, your actions and your dreams matter. When you learn to share your gift with the world, everyone wins.

The Benefits of Healthy Boundaries
