The Characters We Craft (Video)

Each time I play a character on television, I subtly step into a different persona. Yes of course, that’s what the craft of acting is all about! Everybody tells a story about themselves by the way they move their body, the manner in which they speak and the energy that they exude. When was the last time you thought about how you moved across a room? Do you know how you sound when you leave an important voice mail message? And are you too engaged with your inner critic? If there’s one thing I learned in acting school, behaviors can be modified. You were born brilliant. The question is, have you cast yourself as the star of your own life?

Now it’s time to take action! What behavior are you interested in adjusting? Let me know in the comments below. By stating what you desire, you are already halfway to achieving your goal! Go for it.
